G&G use a blend of pure vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid) combined with citrus bioflavonoids in a vegetable cellulose capsule to form their vitamin C supplement. They have added bioflavonoids to this supplement because they occur in nature with vitamin C, working synergistically.
