Lamberts® Vitamin B-100 Complex is a high strength food supplement that is useful in situations where someone requires a fast boost to their intake of B vitamins. In most situations this product should be used for short term supplementation, typically two months, after which time this B-50 complex will provide adequate levels of the B vitamins. B vitamins support multiple functions in the body, including contributing to a normal nervous system and psychological function. They are also needed to help release energy from food, and to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. In addition, they contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. This product also contains choline, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, to normal lipid metabolism, and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
