The fillets are de-skinned, de-boned and preserved in cold pressed and certified garlic sauce ensuring you only get the very best in taste, quality and health. Contains very tasty flavours in a delicately prepared mackerel dish. It is well worth having as a back up for a healthy meal for two once a week, and can even be heated and served with rice or potatoes.
