Chromium is found naturally in Brewers yeast as well as wholegrain cereals, vegetables and some cheeses. Unfortunately this nutrient tends to be lost from foods by processing and refining. This supplement combines the essential trace mineral Chromium with Vitamin B3 to produce GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor).
